About Robert Becker

Robert S. Becker, M.Photog., CPP, is a professional photographer and founder of RSB Photo Media, based in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, and serving the Lehigh Valley and surrounding region. His commercial photography focuses on creating purposeful imagery for businesses, organizations, and professionals, including executive and professional portraits and headshots, events, product and food photography, facilities and architecture, and aerial photography.

Bob is a Master of Photography and Certified Professional Photographer through Professional Photographers of America (PPA). He is also active in the Professional Photographers Association of Pennsylvania (PPA of PA), where he serves as Vice President. His involvement in professional photography organizations reflects his commitment to continuing education, professional standards, photographic competition, and service to the photographic community.

Before pursuing professional photography, Bob was actively involved with the Lehigh Valley Photography Club, serving in leadership positions including Vice President and President. That experience helped foster his interest in photographic education, mentoring, and the development of other photographers.

Bob brings to photography an extensive professional background in science and business. He holds a Ph.D. in Immunology and Microbiology and an MBA from Columbia Business School and has more than four decades of experience spanning academic research, biotechnology, product development, business development, and consulting. That background contributes to the disciplined, consultative approach he brings to commercial photographic assignments.

His personal photographic interests are broad and continually expanding and include nature, travel, landscapes, aviation, night-sky photography, floral and still-life photography, historic buildings and landmarks, and creative photographic art. He continues to pursue advanced education in photographic technique, lighting, image-making, and digital artistry while exploring new ways of combining photography with storytelling and visual communication.
